| I take commissions and gauge pricing based off of simplicity of design, housing size, and history with customer. I tunnel vision these commissions and so my prices are reflectant of that. |
| I am comfortable designing all sizes of houses in FFXIV: from apartments to large builds. I love getting out of my comfort zone and will be down to design most concepts! I mostly specialize in venues -- mainly because that's where my housing career started. But, I also enjoy private homes and specialized designs (alchemists trove, pirate ships/builds, doctor's offices, etc.). |

| This falls under small updates to a full build. Maybe you decided that you no longer need a dancefloor and would like to convert that to a study hall? Or the bed is too small for just you (congrats!). I can do quick updates and switch items out for you! |
| Prices starting at 250K, should be no more than 1 mil depending on the complexity. |
| Smalls |

| Small venues have a item limit of 200/200. First we'd discuss any cutting of the floors and any needs you want: I need a kitchen and bathroom versus I just need a sitting area and bedroom. |
| Prices starting at 1 mil and increase based on complexity. Should be no more than 15 mil. |
| Mediums |

| Medium venues have an item limit of 300/300. Similar to the small pricing description, I will discuss any needs and wants concerning the design. |
| Prices starting at 7 mil and increase based on complexity. Should be no more than 25 mil. |
| Larges |

| Large venues have an item limit of 400/400. Similar to the other descriptions we will discuss wants and needs, but I reccommend cutting off one floor of a large at all times. The item count does not sustain a good build. I enjoy intimate item placement and would cry if I had to build on all three floors without some major cutting. |
| Pricing starting at 30 mil and increase based on complexity. Will not be more than 50 mil. |
| Note: If these prices are too high for you, they are most certainly negotiable! I just like to list here what I think is fair based on the speed and complexity that I build at. |
| .Overnight. builds will have an automatic .3 mil. charge for each size (i.e. smalls will have a +3 mil charge, mediums +6 mil, larges +9 mil). |
